We are located at W-18 in the S-Block of MIDC Bhosari. It’s an industrial area, so there are factories and workshops all around us. At Shree Ganesh Pressings And Fabricators, the sound of metal being worked is constant. We have various pressing machines and fabrication tools set up across the floor. It’s a large space, but it fills up quickly with raw materials and finished parts. The floor is concrete and usually has some oil spots here and there. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about looking fancy. The focus is on the machines and getting the measurements right. Bhosari is a good place for a business like ours because all the suppliers are nearby. We get a lot of trucks coming in and out of the gate. Sometimes we have to work late when a big project is due, and the lights stay on long after the other shops have closed. It’s hard work, physical work, and our hands are usually tired by the end of the shift. We don’t have a big front office; usually, we just meet people right on the shop floor or in a small corner with a couple of chairs. It’s practical and straightforward. We’ve been at this location for a while now and know the rhythms of the industrial estate. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the fabrication is solid and the pressings are accurate. Sometimes we share a quick tea before the machines start again.
