Shree Datta Provision Stores

Our shop, Shree Datta Provision Stores, is located in Pacharne Gali. We are quite close to the Bhairavnath Temple here in Wagholi. It’s a quiet lane most of the time, except when there is a festival at the temple. Then it gets very busy with people coming and going. We keep a lot of local staples. Grains, oil, matches, and those small things you always forget to buy at the big market. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself. It isn't a big operation. Just a few aisles and a wooden counter where we do the billing. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to talk for a bit while they pick up their weekly supplies. We know who likes which brand of tea. It’s been a good few years. The dust from the road gets inside sometimes, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the jars. We don't have fancy lights or air conditioning. It’s just a standard provision store. My son helps out on weekends when he’s not at school. We try to keep everything in stock, but sometimes the suppliers don't show up on time. That's just part of running a business in Wagholi. If you are visiting the temple, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a simple life, selling what people need for their daily meals. We are happy to be a part of the local community here in the Gali. Most days we are just here from dawn until it gets dark. Nothing too complicated about it.
