Shree Communications

If you head down to Khadki Lake Coner 42, you’ll find our little place. Shree Communications has been here near the water for a long time. It’s a nice spot, though it gets a bit damp when the lake is full. We mostly handle mobile recharges and selling those small accessories that everyone seems to need. You know, like the little pins for opening sim trays or those cheap headphones that work well enough for the bus ride. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a simple door and a sign that’s faded a bit in the sun. Inside, it’s mostly shelves packed with boxes. I try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, things tend to get messy on the counter. We get a lot of laborers and students coming through. They usually want something sturdy and cheap. I spend a lot of time explaining how certain apps work to people who just got their first smartphone. It’s a lot of patience, really. Sometimes a phone comes in that’s been dropped in water, and we have to tell them to leave it in rice, but mostly we just take it apart and dry it out. The electricity goes out sometimes in this part of town, so we keep a few torches handy. It’s a steady life, nothing too crazy happening here. We close up when the street lights come on.
