Shree Annapurna Caterers

Shree Annapurna Caterers has been operating out of this spot at 1236 Shruti Mangal Karyalaya for quite some time now. We are right across from the Kohinoor Executive Hotel on Apte Road. It is a very busy area in Pune, especially on weekends when there are lots of weddings and functions happening nearby. Our kitchen is always humming with something or the other. You can usually smell the spices being ground or the large vats of rice cooking from down the street. We deal with a lot of big orders, so there are always crates of vegetables arriving and people moving quickly to get things prepped. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, but we have a system that keeps everything moving. We don't have a fancy office or a big reception area because most of our work happens back in the kitchen or out at the event sites. The staff here is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We know the neighborhood well and have seen it change over the seasons. When the wedding season hits, we barely have time to sit down, but that is the nature of catering. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets to the venue on time. It is a messy, loud, and busy job, but we wouldn’t know what else to do with ourselves. It takes a lot of hands to make everything work smoothly.
