Shradha Pan Shop is right there at the Nakhate Vasti Bus Stop in Hadapsar. If you ever take the bus around here, you’ve probably seen us while waiting for your ride. Being located at a bus stop means there is always someone standing around, looking at their phone or checking the time. It’s a very public spot, which means we never really have a quiet moment until late at night. The buses come and go, blowing out smoke and making a lot of noise, but that’s just how it is in Hadapsar. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s a small, practical shop meant for people who are on the move. We see hundreds of different people every day, most of them just rushing to get somewhere else. Some of the regular commuters stop by every single morning for a quick word before their bus arrives. Nakhate Vasti is a busy little pocket, and the area around the stop is always filled with people selling snacks or tea. We try to keep our little corner clean, but with so many people passing through, it’s a constant task. The weather in Hadapsar can get quite dry, so the dust from the road is always a factor. We just focus on our work and keep the shop running from early morning until the last few buses have passed by for the night. It is hard work.
