Shivcon Livetech India Private Limited

Our company, Shivcon Livetech India Private Limited, is situated in the Thergaon area of Pune. We are in the Abc Nirman building, which is at S. R. No. 40/78/6B/7A. Our specific unit is Shop No. Ub/1. Being on the shop level makes it easy to get in and out, but we don't really have a walk-in storefront for customers. It’s more of an office space for us to handle our daily business. Thergaon is a growing suburb and there is always some kind of road work or building going on nearby. The pincode here is 411033. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some shelves for files, and a small area for tea. It’s not the quietest place because we are near the ground level, so we hear people talking and bikes going past all day. There are a few other shops in the same building, mostly small service businesses. We like being in this part of Pune because it is not as expensive as the main city center but still has everything we need. The parking is usually okay for us, though it can be a squeeze during the peak hours. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home like everyone else. It’s a practical setup that works for a small team like ours. We don't really do much to stand out, we just stay busy with our work.
