Shivaji Salunkhe

I have been at this spot on Sinhagad Road for quite a long time now. My workplace is right behind the Bhandari Hotel, which is a good landmark because the main road gets so crowded and noisy throughout the day. It is a bit tucked away in the back, but that actually makes it a bit quieter for me to get things done. I usually start my morning early before the heavy traffic kicks in. There is always a lot of small stuff to handle, from checking through papers to talking with the people who stop by the shop. This area has changed so much since I first set up here, with new buildings going up and more cars on the street every year. Some days are just the usual routine and other times things get a little chaotic. I do not have a big team or anything like that, it is just me and a couple of others who help out when the work piles up. We keep everything pretty basic here. The walls could probably use some fresh paint, but it is a place for work first and foremost. I have lived around this part of the city for most of my life so I know all the little shortcuts and the best tea stalls nearby. It is not some fancy corporate office with big windows, but it works for what we do every day. We just try to stay on top of things and keep moving.
