You can find Ps Food Solution'S over at 413 Amit Court. We are right behind Mangala Theater in Shivaji Nagar, which is a pretty well-known spot. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices. Our space is usually filled with the smell of whatever we’re working on that day. We deal with food in various ways, whether it’s figuring out a recipe or helping someone else with their kitchen setup. It isn't a restaurant where you sit down and eat, but we’re always around food. The kitchen area is small but we keep it organized because you have to when you're working with ingredients. Sometimes the building gets crowded, especially when there’s a new movie playing nearby. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for a bit now and we like being central. It makes it easier for people to drop by and chat about what they need. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and getting the work done. The floors are tiled and we spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes we’re testing things out and it doesn't go right the first time, so we just try again. It's practical work that requires a lot of patience. We just keep going until the job is finished and the kitchen is clean again for the next day.
