Shiv Communcation

Shiv Communcation is based over in Chinchwad 1. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself and I knew a bit about phones and recharges. It’s a small room, really, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle a lot of mobile recharges and bill payments for people who don't like doing it online. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting for customers sometimes, but then three people will walk in at once and it gets hectic. I keep a stack of newspapers on the counter for when things are slow. We also sell some basic handsets and those little bits and pieces like earphones and memory cards. Chinchwad is a busy area, so there’s always someone popping in for a quick fix or a question. I don't have a big staff, just me and occasionally a friend who sits in while I grab lunch. The shop sign is a bit faded from the sun, but everyone knows we are here. I try to keep the prices where they should be, nothing crazy. I've learned a lot about how people use their phones just by listening to them. Some people just want a phone that has a loud ringer, others want something for games. We try to have a bit of everything on the shelves. It’s just a normal day-to-day business, nothing fancy or polished about it.
