Shift Manager

Our setup is located in Shiv Sai Apartment, specifically Flat Number 5 in Nade Nagar. We are over in the Kalewadi area of Pimpri, Pune 17. The office is basically a flat in a residential building, which keeps things low-key. It’s on Survey Number 111/13. Being in a residential spot means it’s usually quiet, except for the usual neighborhood sounds like scooters passing by or someone’s dog barking. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. It’s a small operation. The shift manager stays on top of everything from a desk in the main room. We have a couple of computers and a printer that jams way more than it should. We do a lot of coordination and scheduling from here. It’s the kind of place where you have to take your shoes off at the door sometimes if the floor was just cleaned. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some tea bags. The work is steady. We manage shifts and make sure everyone knows where they need to be. It can get a bit stressful when people call in sick at the last minute, but we figure it out. The walls are a bit thin, so we try not to be too loud. It is a simple, no-frills way to run things. We like being in Kalewadi because it feels like a real neighborhood, not some sterile office park.
