You can find Sher E Punjab Catering Services at 23/56/2 in the R& D Co-Op Housing Society. We are located on Kalas Alandi Road, right across from the Pathan Shah Dargah in the Vishrantwadi area. Our kitchen is almost always a busy place. There is usually a big pot of something cooking on the stove or someone busy chopping up vegetables for the next order. It is a family-run operation, really. We do not have a fancy hall for people to eat in; we mostly just cook the food and then deliver it to wherever the event is happening. The neighborhood is quite lively, especially with the Dargah right across the street. We have been cooking for the people here in Vishrantwadi for a long time now. Our menus are not printed on fancy glossy paper; they are just simple lists of the dishes we know how to make well. We do not use any of that corporate talk about excellence or being the best. We just make sure the food is hot and that there is plenty of it for everyone to eat. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have several big orders at the same time, but we always manage to get it done. The kitchen floors might get a bit messy during a shift, but that is just part of the job. We like feedng people good food.
