Shekhar Subandh & Associate. Our office is a bit tucked away at 897 Kinigog Estate, specifically in Parmar Classic at Basement No 4. We are on Synagogue Street in the Camp area of Pune. It’s quite near the Railway Reservation Office, which is a big landmark around here. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during the hot Pune summers, which is a plus. Camp is one of those old parts of the city where everything is crowded and full of history. Synagogue Street has its own character, and we’ve become part of the daily scenery here. The office itself is full of files and old records. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just the stuff we need to work. Since we are in the basement, you have to walk down the stairs to find us, but once you’re inside, it’s a focused environment. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and meeting with people who need our help with various associate matters. It’s a busy place, and the sounds of the street above are always there. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a few visitors at once, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Pune; we just want to handle our cases and projects properly. It’s an old-school way of working in a part of town that still feels like old Pune, with all its noise and energy.
