Shashank Raut

I've been working out of Atul Nagar for a while now. Most people know the spot right across from the Cipla Foundation. It's easy to find if you're coming off the Mumbai-Bangalore highway. I'm Shashank Raut, and I just handle things from my place here in Warje. It's a busy part of Pune, but this society stays relatively quiet. I don't really have a big staff or a fancy office setup with glass walls. It is just me in flat 606/A-1. Usually, I'm here most days dealing with whatever paperwork or projects come my way. The traffic on the highway can get a bit loud during peak hours, but you get used to it. My neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key. I started doing this because I needed something steady, and it has just grown from there. There isn't much to say except that I'm local and I know the area well. If you are looking for me, just head towards the highway and turn off at Warje. Sometimes the gate security asks a lot of questions, but that’s just how it is here. I keep my desk messy and my coffee strong. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a regular space where work actually gets done. I've lived in Pune long enough to know how things move. Nothing fancy, just honest work every day.
