You can find Shailani Software Solutions over in Aundh. We are in the Gulshan Society, specifically at Gala 14 in Shajan Manjil, Tilak Nagar 603. It is a quiet enough area for writing code and thinking through software problems. We have been here for a good stretch of time. The office isn't very big, but we have enough space for our computers and a small table for lunch. Most of the time it is just the sound of typing. Aundh is a good place to be, though traffic can be a pain sometimes. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a secretary to greet people. Usually, one of us just looks up from our screen when someone walks in. We handle different kinds of software projects. It is not always easy, and sometimes we stay late to finish something up. We do not use fancy titles here. Everyone just chips in. The building is older, but it has got character. We like being part of the Tilak Nagar community. We are not trying to impress anyone with flashy offices. We just want to get the software working right. It is honest work and we take it one day at a time. If the power goes out, we take a break and talk. Otherwise, we are mostly focused on the tasks at hand. It is a plain and simple setup.
