We’ve been tucked away here at Aundh 254/4/5 for a good while now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to find parking. Most days at Shailani Software Solutions, we are just heads down, working through whatever code or bugs came up the night before. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick snack when the afternoon slump hits. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing who is sitting at the next desk. It’s easier to talk things through when you can just turn your chair around. Some people ask why we picked this specific building, but it just happened to be available when we needed a space. We do a lot of different things with software, usually helping out other local businesses that need a bit of technical help with their systems. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away loudly. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea guy is late, but we manage. It’s just regular work for us. We don’t really do the whole big corporate meeting thing. Most of our planning happens over a quick lunch or while someone is waiting for a file to upload. It’s a simple way to run things, but it works for the group we have here. We keep a spare keyboard in the drawer just in case.
