Shagun Mobile Shopee is located in Budhwar Peth, right along the Chandannagar bypass. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic because of the bypass, which makes it a convenient place for us to be. We’ve been here for several years now, selling mobile phones and fixing the ones that people bring in. The shop is simple and practical, with a few glass counters and some stools for customers to sit on while we talk. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. Our main focus is just getting through the repairs we have lined up for the day. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought, and we end up staying late under the tubelights to get it finished. The sound of trucks on the bypass is something we don't even notice anymore. It’s just a part of the background here. We handle a lot of recharge requests and help people who aren't very comfortable with technology. It’s nice to be the local spot people trust for those kinds of things. We don't bother with expensive decor or polished sales pitches. We just tell people what we can do and how much it will cost. It’s a basic, honest way to run a shop, and we’ve built some good relationships with the people around this part of Budhwar Peth over the years.
