Kothrud is a well-known part of Pune and we have been in this spot for some time now. Our work is all about coding. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It is just a straightforward place with computers and people who know how to use them. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of people. We are just a local team that focuses on getting the coding work done right. The Lic Colony is a decent neighborhood, mostly quiet, which is good when you need to concentrate on complex logic. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just believe in showing up and doing a good day’s work. Sometimes we have meetings to talk about a project, but mostly we just stay at our desks. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to be reliable and do our jobs well. There is a lot of routine to what we do, from checking emails to writing lines of code. We take our breaks, talk about local things, and then get back to it. It is a simple, honest way to run a business. We are just glad to be working here in Kothrud and doing what we do.
