We’ve been over here at Kohinoor Arcade for a while now. It’s rooms 215 and 216, right at Tilak Chowk in Nigdi. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and making sure things get where they need to go. Being in Nigdi is handy because people know where Tilak Chowk is, so it’s easy to find us. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms where we keep the files and talk to folks. Sengee Biochem Exim Pvt Ltd has its roots right here in this building. Sometimes the hallways get a bit loud, but that’s just how it is in a place like Kohinoor Arcade. We spend most of our time at our desks or on the phone. It’s a busy spot. We’ve got the two units joined up, so there’s enough space for the staff and all the supplies we keep on hand. You come up the stairs or take the lift, and we are right there. It’s been our home base for quite some time. We like the area because it’s close to everything we need. There’s a lot of traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant, just a local group doing our bit from Nigdi. If you're walking around Tilak Chowk, you've probably seen the sign for Kohinoor Arcade. That's us. It is what it is, just a normal office.
