Our place is located in Lohegaon, specifically on Porwal Road. It’s in the Pride Aashiyana complex. We have a few plot numbers listed like G-2/202 and some others, but mostly we just operate out of the space here in 202. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and business around here. Lohegaon has grown a lot lately, so there’s always something being built nearby. Seminant Solutions started with just a couple of us. We needed a spot that wasn’t too expensive but had enough room for our gear. The Porwal Road area is pretty lively. Sometimes it gets noisy outside, but we don’t mind much. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup. We’ve got our monitors, a bunch of cables we always trip over, and a whiteboard that’s usually covered in scribbles nobody can read after two days. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We just focus on what needs to be finished. It’s a short commute for some of us, which is a blessing in Pune. We’ve been at this address for a while now and it feels like we’ve finally settled in. It’s not a fancy glass tower, just a solid place to work in Lohegaon. We keep things low-key and just get on with our tasks. If you’re ever near Pride Aashiyana, you might see us heading out for a break or coming back with some snacks from the corner shop.
