Semat Technologies Private Limited

Semat Technologies Private Limited is set up over in Dhanori, specifically in the B. R. Cooperative Housing Society. We’re at plot number C-06 in Phase II, which is near survey numbers 3 and 4. It’s a bit more of a quiet, local neighborhood compared to the main city hubs, which we actually prefer. The office isn't anything fancy, just a solid place where we can focus on our technology projects without too much noise. We've been part of this Dhanori community for a while and most of us live nearby too. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit dusty with all the construction, but that’s just Pune life. We don’t have a big HR department or fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they can. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to get done and then we just dive into it. There’s no pressure to look corporate or act a certain way. We just value getting the tasks finished properly. The space is filled with cables and computers, and maybe a few stray coffee mugs sitting around. It’s honest work and we like the independence of being in a spot like this. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office, and that's exactly how we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep doing our thing while the neighborhood grows around us.
