We have our office set up over at Shubhashree Woods in the Aundh area of Pune. Sellcraft Softech Pvt Ltd is what we go by. It’s a decent place to work, surrounded by some trees and other buildings. Aundh is always buzzing with people, but inside Shubhashree Woods, it’s a bit more relaxed. We spend our days working on software and technical stuff. It’s a lot of sitting in front of monitors and talking through problems. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just a practical office where the team gets together to write code and fix bugs. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at the local stalls nearby when we need a break. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are more shops now, but our office remains pretty much the same. We like the consistency. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don’t really do big meetings unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time, we’re just busy getting the work done for our clients. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We stay focused on the tasks and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big deal out of it.
