Seco Tools India (Pvt) Ltd.

Out here at Gat No. 582 on the Pune-Nagpur Road, things are a bit different than the city. Seco Tools India (Pvt) Ltd. is located in Kogregaon Bhima, which is a bit of a drive for most of us. The road stays busy with trucks and buses going back and forth all day. Our place is quite large because we need the space for all the equipment and the inventory we keep on hand. It can get pretty hot during the summer months, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. We’ve got a small crew working the shifts, and everyone knows their job pretty well by now. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so we’re always cleaning off the surfaces. We have a small area where we sit for tea breaks and talk about whatever is going on in the news. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy or decorated. We focus on getting the work done right and keeping things moving. Sometimes the weather makes the commute a bit tricky, but we usually make it in on time. The surrounding area in Tat Shirur has changed a lot over the years with more buildings popping up. We’ve seen a lot of neighbors come and go. It’s just a steady rhythm of work here, day in and day out, following the same routine. We don't mind the distance because we like the space.
