Seasonal Tastes

We are over here at The Westin on White Field Road, right at 36/3B Viman Nagar 5th Cross. It is a busy part of the Devasandra Industrial Estate area. Every morning starts pretty early for us because there is always a lot to do before the first person walks through the door. The traffic on White Field Road can be a real headache sometimes, especially during the peak hours, but we are used to it by now. Being near the industrial estate means we see a lot of people coming and going. Our spot in Viman Nagar has been part of this neighborhood for a while. We don't really do anything fancy or complicated. Most of the staff has been around long enough to know the regular faces. We just focus on getting the tables ready and making sure the kitchen is running like it should. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when it is crowded, but that is just how it goes in a place like this. The 411014 pin code area is always humming with some kind of activity. We keep the lights on and the doors open, trying to make sure everyone who stops by gets what they need without any fuss. It’s not a glamorous life, working in the 5th cross area, but it feels right to be here. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and talking to the delivery guys who navigate those narrow turns around the industrial estate. It's just us doing our thing.
