Scaleworx Technologies Private Limited is located over in Hinjawadi, specifically in the Megapolis Splendour complex. We are in Building A-5, Flat No. 601. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren't living on this side of Pune, but once you’re inside the township, it’s actually quite peaceful. Working from an apartment like this gives us a bit more of a relaxed vibe than a standard office building might. We set up our workstations in the main rooms and use the space to handle all our tech development. The view from the sixth floor is actually pretty nice, which helps when you’ve been staring at a computer for hours. We are in the 411057 area, which is full of other tech folks too. Most of our days are just the usual mix of coding, meetings, and trying to fix bugs that pop up out of nowhere. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group trying to build something useful from our base here in Megapolis. There’s always some construction going on nearby, but inside A-5, it’s usually quiet enough to get things done. We usually bring our own lunches or grab something from the local shops around the complex. It’s a simple, honest way to run a tech company, and we find that this setup works well for our needs. We just focus on the work and let the results speak for themselves.
