Scadgy Business Group Private Limited is located in Kothrud, Pune. Specifically, we’re at Flat 6 in the Dhanasree building, Plot 150, Survey No 97/5 in Bhusari Colony. Kothrud is a nice part of town, and Bhusari Colony has a good, lived-in feel to it. Our office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not very big, but it fits us just fine for now. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper stacked up. We started this group because we wanted to do things our own way without a boss breathing down our necks. It’s been a learning process for sure, and we’ve made some mistakes along the way. We handle different aspects of business, mostly helping out where we can. We don’t have a fancy dress code here. You’ll mostly see us in casual clothes, probably looking a bit tired if it’s a Friday afternoon. We like being in a residential area because it feels more like home than a cold office. You can hear the neighborhood sounds outside, which is better than a silent, sterile office building. Sometimes the parking is a bit tight on our street, but we always make do. We aren't a huge conglomerate; we’re just a small team trying to make a living and do a decent job. If you’re around Kothrud, that’s where we are. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the work more than necessary.
