This Savas Engineering spot is over in Sadashiv Peth, Kalena Agrahara. It’s a part of Bangalore that has seen a lot of change over the years. We operate out of a building that’s been around for a while. It’s not one of those new glass towers; it’s a more traditional setup with solid walls and plenty of room for our engineering tasks. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with different sections for different types of work. We have desks for the planning part and a larger area for the actual construction and testing. The neighborhood is a mix of old houses and new apartments, so there is always some construction noise outside. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know our roles. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties. Most of us are in work clothes because we’re often moving things around or checking equipment. The lighting could be better in some corners, but we have lamps where we need them. We get a lot of our supplies from local vendors nearby. It feels like a very grounded place to work. We don’t have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over tea. It’s a very human way to run a business. We just focus on the engineering and let the rest take care of itself. We've been here for a while and don't plan on moving.
