Our place is No-22 in the Laxmi Complex, up on the second floor. We are right near the Big Bazar on the Mumbai Pune Road in Chinchwad East. It’s a very busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside. We handle a variety of things here, mostly related to trade or local services. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of files and equipment tucked away in corners. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it serves its purpose. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a core group that has worked together for a long time. The walk up to the second floor is good exercise since the elevator is sometimes out of order. We see a lot of people coming in and out of the complex all day. We try to stay organized, but sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or billboards. People usually find us because we’re near such a big landmark like Big Bazar. We just do our daily tasks, talk to our regulars, and close up shop in the evening. It’s a practical way to live and work. We appreciate the people who come to us, and we try to give them a straight answer without any fluff. It is just a normal office where we put in the time to get the job done right every day.
