Sathee Caterers

We’ve been here at Vinayak Nagar for a while now. Sathee Caterers is just us doing what we know, which is food. It gets pretty loud in the kitchen especially when there is a big order from near Katepuram Chowk. We do not have fancy offices or anything like that. It is just a lot of stainless steel, big stoves, and bags of rice. People in Pimple Gurav know where we are. We started out small with just a few pots and pans. Now things are a bit bigger but the actual work is still the same. You wake up early, prep the vegetables, and hope the traffic isn't too bad for the delivery van. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day in the heat. Some days go smoother than others. We handle local weddings and small house parties mainly. Sometimes things get a bit hectic and we might lose a pen or forget where the van keys are for a second. But the food always gets out on time. That is what really matters at the end of the day. We use the recipes we grew up with. It is not complicated stuff. Just regular meals for regular people. If you walk past Sr No. 53, you will probably smell the spices before you even see our sign. We have got our regulars who have been calling us for years. We just keep doing our thing. It is a family-run kind of vibe here. (251 words)
