Our office is over in the Natraj Complex, right on Pune Nagar Road in Wagholi. Being in JJ Nagar makes it easy for people to find us, though the road outside is always packed with trucks and cars heading out of the city. We spend most of our time coordinating guards and looking over schedules for the different sites we look after. It’s a simple setup inside the complex, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of logbooks piled up. The team here is mostly busy on the phones or checking in with the staff out in the field. Security is a 24-hour job, so the office never really feels completely empty even late at night. We’ve been based in this part of Pune for a good while and know the local area quite well. Dealing with personnel and site safety takes up our whole day. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a job or a client dropping by to discuss their requirements. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just talk about who needs to be where and what needs to be watched. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, making sure everything runs smooth. We like being in Wagholi because it’s growing fast and there is always work to be done. It is a noisy area but it keeps us on our toes while we manage the daily tasks.
