Our office is tucked away on Pisoli Road in Pune, right behind the Saishraddha Society. The full name is Sarrid Software and Research Solutions, which sounds like a lot, but we are actually a pretty down-to-earth group. We spend most of our time doing research and working on software projects in our space at SN-32/10A/5. It is a quiet part of the area compared to the main roads, which helps when we need to concentrate on difficult coding. The building itself is just a regular structure, nothing that stands out too much from the street view. Inside, it is mostly just us and our computers. We started this because we wanted a place to work on our own terms. There is no dress code or corporate handbooks here, just a list of things that need to get done by the end of the week. We often have tea breaks together to talk about what is working and what is not. Pisoli has grown a lot lately, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it always was. We like the fact that it is a bit out of the way. It gives us the space to focus on the research side of things without too many distractions. We are not trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just want to do good work and keep the business running.
