We are located in Chinchwad at Bagat Wasti. It’s right near the Babaand Mangal Karayalya, which is a big landmark for us. When there are weddings at the hall, the shop gets really busy with people needing last-minute things. We sell a lot of chargers and batteries during those times. The rest of the days are pretty quiet. It’s a local neighborhood, so we know most of the people living around Bagat Wasti. We do all kinds of mobile repairs. Sometimes it's just a software update, other times we have to take the whole phone apart. It’s delicate work. We’ve been here for several years. The shop is small and has a lot of posters on the walls. It’s a bit messy with boxes of spare parts, but we can find what we need. We open up in the morning and usually stay until the wedding hall across the way goes quiet. It’s a simple business. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just walk in. We try to keep our prices fair for the local folks. It’s a decent place to work. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when there are no customers and just watch the street. That’s how it goes here. We keep a logbook of all the repairs we do, and it's getting pretty thick after all this time in Chinchwad.
