Santosh Super Market

We are located in Viman Nagar on the 1st Main, right there by Bhairaveshwaranagar on Nagarabhavi Road 5. Santosh Super Market has been around since the neighborhood started getting crowded. It’s a typical local store. We have aisles crammed with everything from lentils and rice to cleaning soap and snacks. It’s a bit tight in the aisles, especially on Sunday mornings when everyone realizes they’ve run out of milk or sugar. We try to keep the shelves stocked, but sometimes the delivery truck is late and we run out of the popular stuff. My nephew helps me with the billing, though he’s often distracted by his phone. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. It’s not a giant warehouse store, so we don't carry every single brand, but we have what most families need for their daily cooking. The floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic, so we’re constantly sweeping. We stay open pretty late so people can grab things on their way home from work. There’s a small space out front where people park their bikes, though it gets a bit chaotic. It’s just a regular shop run by regular people. We do our best to keep the prices fair and the vegetables as fresh as we can get them from the market each morning. That is about it for our little grocery spot.
