Santosh Food Plaza

Santosh Food Plaza is located in the Pimpri area, specifically near Pali Hill Union Park. It’s a nice enough spot with a bit of green nearby, though it’s still quite busy. We’ve been running this place for a while now. Most of our day is spent in the kitchen or behind the counter. We serve food to the local crowd. It’s a mix of people who live in the apartments nearby and some who work in the area. We don’t have a professional chef or anything. It’s just us and a couple of helpers. We make the food like we would at home. Sometimes the supply truck is late and we have to change the menu for the day. That’s just part of the business. We have a few fans on the ceiling to keep it cool, but it still gets warm in the afternoons. The tables are basic wood and we wipe them down constantly. We aren’t trying to be a five-star restaurant. We just want to provide a decent meal. People come here because it’s convenient and they know us. We see the same faces every week. It feels like a small community even though Pimpri is huge. We just keep our heads down and do the work. When the sun goes down, we turn on the outside lights so people can see the way in. It's a simple life but it's ours and we're used to the daily grind.
