Sanjaymane

Sanjaymane is located in Pune, specifically at C-3, Room No 6 in the Yogayog Society. Bibvewadi is the area, and it’s a fairly quiet part of town most days. We have been operating out of this room for quite a while now. It’s a very basic setup. We have a couple of tables, some old chairs, and our files are stacked up in the corner. There isn't any fancy decor on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We don't have a big team of people. It is mostly just us handling the daily tasks that come our way. Pune is a busy city, but inside the society, it feels a bit more relaxed. We take our tea breaks seriously and often chat with the neighbors who pass by the window. We are not a big company with branches everywhere. This is our only spot. We don't use any complicated software or systems that we don't understand. Everything is done in a very straightforward way. If someone needs to reach us, they usually just drop by or give a call. We don't have a formal dress code here. You’ll find us in whatever is comfortable for the weather. It is a practical way to run things, and it has worked for us so far. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. It is not always perfect, but we try hard.
