There is always something happening outside the windows, from people moving goods to kids playing. The office is just a regular room filled with what we need to get through the day. We have been here for a while, so the walls have some marks and the furniture is a bit worn out. That’s okay by us. It feels like a place where real work happens. Pune can be a bit crowded in this area, but we like the energy. We don't have any big slogans or goals we talk about all the time. We just open up in the morning and see what the day brings. Most of our neighbors are small businesses too, so we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes we have tea together if it’s a slow afternoon. We keep the books manually mostly, or at least we try to stay on top of the digital stuff when the internet is behaving. It’s a simple operation. No one wears a suit here.
