Sangeeta Telecom

You’ll find Sangeeta Telecom over in Narayan Peth, inside the Punit Apartment building at unit 526. We are lucky enough to be right across from the Modi Ganpati temple, so we get to hear the temple bells and see the crowds during festival times. It’s a very traditional part of Pune, with narrow streets and old buildings that have a lot of character. Our office is inside the apartment complex, which makes it feel more like a home than a cold business space. We handle telecom work, so there’s always a phone ringing or someone asking about a connection. The room is filled with some basic furniture and a lot of filing folders that we’ve gathered over the years. It’s a small operation, run by a couple of us who have been in this line of work for quite a while. We don’t use any big fancy machines, just the tools we need to get the job done. The light in the afternoon comes through the window and hits the desks, and it’s actually a pretty nice place to sit and work. We aren't big on decorations, so the walls are mostly bare except for a calendar and a small shelf for our tea cups. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a friendly atmosphere, and we like the pace of life here in the Peth area. It’s just a normal, everyday shop.
