Our place is located right on the Dapodi Road, which connects Mumbai and Pune. It’s a busy industrial stretch and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite a while. The facility is large because we deal with materials and technical stuff that needs a lot of space. If you’re driving down the main road through Dapodi, you’ve probably passed us many times. It's a lot of metal and machinery around here. The guys on the floor are usually busy with the heavy lifting and making sure the production stays on track. It’s noisy and dusty sometimes, but that’s the nature of working with industrial materials. We don't have a fancy front office with plush carpets. Instead, we have desks covered in papers and people wearing safety gear. It's a very hands-on environment. The commute can be a bit of a pain because of the trucks on the highway, but we manage. We’ve got a lot of history at this location. It’s where all the actual manufacturing and sorting happens. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the quality is what it should be. There isn't much time for lounging around. Everyone has a job to do, from the loading bay to the back office. It’s a gritty, hardworking atmosphere that suits the kind of stuff we produce every day. We just keep the machines running and the gates open for business as usual.
