Sandvik Asia Pvt. Ltd. is located right on the Mumbai - Pune Road in Dapodi. It’s a massive stretch of road, and we’ve been a landmark here for quite a long time. If you drive past, you can't really miss the place. It’s a large site where a lot of different things happen at once. We’ve got engineering work, manufacturing, and a lot of office space too. Even though it’s a big company name, the people working here are just regular folks from around Pune and the surrounding areas. The commute can be tough with all the traffic on the highway, but we all make it in. We deal with a lot of heavy-duty tools and materials for mining and construction. It’s a lot of metal and machinery. Inside, it’s a mix of noisy factory floors and quieter spots where the planning happens. We don't put on airs about what we do. It’s just about getting the engineering right. We’ve seen the road outside change over the years as more buildings went up. Dapodi has become a real hub for this kind of work. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we take it one step at a time. It’s a busy place with a lot of history on this road.
