Our spot is at Sr No. 31/6 in Choudharinagar, which is part of the Dhanori area in Pune 15. It’s a bit of a growing neighborhood, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us lately. Sandvik Asia Ltd has this location to handle specific parts of what we do. The office is pretty simple. We don't have any of those high-tech coffee machines or lounge areas you see in movies; we just have desks and the tools we need to work. People around here are hardworking, and we try to match that energy. The traffic on the way into Dhanori can be a bit of a headache in the evenings, but we’ve learned the shortcuts. We aren't here to give sales pitches or use big words that don't mean anything. We just show up, look at what needs doing, and try to finish it by the time we go home. It's a practical environment. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice, just to get some fresh air. It’s not a complicated operation. We keep things organized as best as we can. Being part of the Pune 15 community means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It feels good to be a regular part of the neighborhood.
