Samsung

This Samsung shop is located at number 10 on Tank Road, just off the main Dhole Patil Road. It’s an easy place to find if you’re walking around the area. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, mostly looking after people’s phones and tablets. Being a tech spot, we get a lot of folks coming in with cracked screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. The front of the store is usually pretty clean with all the new devices on display, but the back room where we do the work is a bit more chaotic. We have tools and tiny screws scattered across the benches. It’s a small team of us here. We start the day around ten and usually don't leave until late because people stop by on their way home from the offices nearby. The street outside can get quite loud with all the horns and traffic, especially in the evenings. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy talk; we just try to figure out what’s wrong with the device and see if we can fix it. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, which can be a bit of a headache for everyone. We have a couple of chairs for customers to wait in, and there is usually some news playing on the TV in the corner. It's just a regular local shop where we deal with mobiles and such all day. Most of the time it’s pretty straightforward and we keep ourselves busy.
