Samsung Plaza

We are located at Plot No 8 L Square at Parihar Chowk in Aundh. We’re right near the Reliance Web World on D P Road. It’s a prime spot, so we see a lot of people every day. Being a Samsung Plaza means we deal with phones, TVs, and all kinds of electronics. It’s a bright place with lots of screens, but behind the counter, we’re just regular people. We spend a lot of time explaining how different features work to customers who might not be tech-savvy. It’s not always easy, but we try to be patient. The shop can get really crowded on weekends or when a new phone comes out. We have a small staff, and we all have to know a little bit about everything we sell. Sometimes the deliveries are late or a customer is unhappy with a repair, and we just have to handle it as best we can. We’ve been in Aundh for several years and have seen the area grow quite a bit. There’s always something happening at Parihar Chowk. Our back room is usually filled with boxes and paperwork. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; we just work right here in the store. We just focus on selling the products and helping people get their gadgets fixed. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the interaction with all the different folks who come through our doors.
