Our company is located out in Wadebolhai, which is part of the Haveli taluka. We are at Gat No. 637A/P. It’s a very rural area, so we are surrounded by fields and open space. It’s a big change from being in the city. We chose this spot because it brings us closer to the actual farming. Our building is a simple structure that serves as both an office and a storage space. It’s not fancy at all. The floor is just plain cement and the walls are painted a simple white. We have a couple of desks where we handle the paperwork and some computers for the emails. Most of our work is done on the ground. We deal with organic products, so there is always a lot of movement. You might see a tractor go by while we are in a meeting. We don't have any formal dress codes. We wear what’s practical for the dust and the heat. The mornings are quiet and we usually start work quite early. We make our own tea on a small burner in the corner. There aren't many places to eat nearby, so we all bring lunch from home. It’s a very honest way of working. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just do our business here in Wadebolhai and try to stay consistent.
