Samruddhi Pur Veg

Samruddhi Pur Veg is a simple vegetarian eatery located in Vishrantwadi. Our address is quite long because we are near the Duggalamma Temple on the main road, close to MEC Layout and the old Rajgopal Nagar police station. We are also part of the 3rd phase of the Kasturba housing society near Windsor Terrace. It’s a busy spot with a lot of people living and working nearby. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big marketing team. It’s just a plain room with tables and chairs where you can get a good meal. We start our work very early, often before the sun is up, to get the vegetables chopped and the pulses soaked. The kitchen is always a busy place with a lot of steam and noise. We aren't looking to be the most famous restaurant in Pune. We just want to serve the local community. Most of our customers are people who live in the housing society or work in the nearby shops. We know what they like to eat and we try to keep the menu simple. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes if the lunch rush is bigger than usual. We don't have any polished corporate speeches. We are just local people running a small food business and trying to do a decent job every day. It is hard work but it is our life.
