Samrat General Stores

We've been here in Budhwar Peth Siddheswar Nagar for a while now. It's just a regular shop, Samrat General Stores, nothing too fancy or modern. Most days it’s just about making sure the milk arrives on time and the biscuits are stacked neatly on the shelf. Tingrenagar 1131 is a busy spot, so we see a lot of people coming in for their daily things like soap or lentils. Sometimes the crates get piled up high near the door and it's a bit messy back there, especially on delivery days when the truck blocks the narrow street. We try to keep track of everything, but you know how it goes when it gets crowded in the evenings and everyone is in a hurry to get home for dinner. It’s mostly just us handling the counter and making sure people find what they need for their kitchens. Sometimes we run out of specific brands, then we have to wait for the next delivery truck to show up from the main market. The sign outside is getting a bit old and the paint is peeling a little, but everyone around here knows where we are. We've got the usual stuff, soap, rice, snacks, and whatever else people ask for. It's not a big corporate operation, just a local place where we work every day. Usually, we're open early before the sun gets too hot. By the time we close up and pull the shutters down, we're pretty tired, but that's just part of running a store in this neighborhood.
