Our shop is sitting in the Rohan Complex, right in Sadashiv Peth at shop number eleven. If you know Pune, you know Sadashiv Peth is always packed with people and the streets are quite narrow. We decided to set up here because there is always someone walking by the window. We only do vegetarian food, so there is no meat allowed in our kitchen at all. It is a small place, mostly for quick bites or for people picking up something on their way home from a long day at work. The morning starts very early for us because we have to get the lentils and the vegetables ready. The smell of the spices usually fills the shop by 8 am. We aren't trying to be some five-star place with fancy napkins. We just use the same old recipes we use at our own homes. Sometimes the stove acts up or the water supply is a bit slow in the building, but we make do. Being an LLP means we have a few partners involved, and we all take turns looking after the daily chores. The address is 753 Sadashiv Peth if you are trying to find the building. It can be hard to find a place to park around here, so most people just walk in from the main road. We keep the wooden benches simple and the floor swept. It is just a local vegetarian joint doing what we can to serve the neighborhood. We don't spend any money on fancy ads or posters.
