Being tucked away behind a giant company like that makes us feel a bit smaller, but we like it that way. The road leading back here can be a bit bumpy. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical systems. The office is a mix of old hardware and new parts. It’s not very polished. We have some posters on the wall that have been there for years. Hinjawadi is always bustling with IT people and commuters. We see the shift changes at Wipro from our window. Our own schedule is a bit more flexible. We get in when we need to and stay until the job is finished. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall around the corner. It’s good for a quick break. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do the work that comes our way. The building is simple, and the rooms are a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We make do with what we have. It’s a real place where people actually work hard. No corporate talk, just the sound of people solving problems. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now and it suits us just fine. We just get on with it.
