Sam Enterprises

We are based in the Mangalmurti Complex, specifically in unit A/2-104 on Sinhagad Road. If you know the area, we are quite near the Big Bazaar. It is a very crowded part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We’ve had our office here at Sam Enterprises for several years. The space itself isn’t very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly handle local business stuff and keep our files in old metal cabinets. The lift in the complex can be a bit slow sometimes, so we often just use the stairs to get up and down. It is a practical place to work from. We have a few desks and some chairs, but nothing really fancy. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who show up every morning and get things done. Since we are so close to the shops, we get a lot of people just dropping by while they are out doing their errands. We don’t really do any big advertising; most people just see our sign or hear about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with papers when we have a lot to do, but we get through it. It’s just a normal way to run a business. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is right within walking distance and we have good neighbors.
