We set up Sakshi Softech Pvy Ltd here in Hadapsar because it seemed like a growing spot. Our office is in Ecp Vastu on Handewadi Road. Most days we are just busy with computers and fixing things for clients. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes with all the traffic heading towards Pune 28. Working in Maharashtra means dealing with the heat, but we have a decent setup here. We aren't a giant company with fancy lobbies. It’s just a group of us sitting at desks, drinking way too much tea, and trying to get through the projects on time. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power flickers, but that's just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve been here for a bit now and know the local snack shops around the corner well. If you are coming down Handewadi Road, you’ll see the building. It’s a practical place. We focus on the technical side of things, mostly software and support. There isn't much to say about the decor because it's mostly just wires and monitors. We keep things straightforward. People come in, we talk about what needs doing, and we get to work. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about it. The commute can be a bit of a pain during peak hours in Pune, but once we're inside the office, it's quiet enough to focus on the coding and data stuff we handle daily.
