Sairaj Computers

You can find us over at Nagar Road in the Kakad Market area, right near Kalbadevi Road. It’s one of those parts of town where it’s always crowded and you have to watch where you’re walking. Our shop, Sairaj Computers, is tucked away among all the other stalls and businesses. We deal with all sorts of things, from selling basic keyboards to trying to figure out why a desktop keeps crashing for no reason. The shelves are packed with boxes of routers and cables that we haven't gotten around to organizing lately. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside if more than two customers come in at once. We spend a lot of our day dealing with slow internet connections and people who forgot their passwords. It’s not glamorous work, and the air conditioning struggles during the summer months, but we get by. We’ve got a small workbench in the back where the real work happens, usually under a bright desk lamp. Sometimes we get old machines that are basically museum pieces, and other times it’s brand new stuff that just needs a bit of setup. We don't have any fancy signs or big displays, just the name on the board and some posters in the window. It’s just a normal computer shop where we try to help people get back online or get their homework finished.
