Sairachit IT Technology And Software Private Limited operates out of Triaa Hillome in Pune. We are specifically in Flat B-202 at Survey Number 284/4. It is in the Pune CB area, which is a bit quieter than the main city center. Being in a flat means we have a kitchen and a balcony, which is nice when you need a break from the computer screen. The building is fairly new, so everything works mostly fine. We have set up the rooms with desks and chairs to make it a proper workspace for the team. Pune weather is usually decent, so we don't have the AC on all the time. Sometimes the society has maintenance work going on, which can be a bit noisy, but we deal with it. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small group of us here. We mostly focus on our software tasks and keeping things running smoothly for the people we help. There are no fancy signs or reception desks. If you walk in, you will just see people working on laptops. We like it this way because it is comfortable and we can just focus on what we are doing. We have our routines, like getting tea in the afternoon and talking about the work. It is a straightforward way of doing things in a nice part of town. We just try to do a good job every day and keep things simple.
